i've booked double room with the 4th bed a roll away type and everything was perfect. the location was stunning and amazing - ease of access to cippo degli alpini. the hotel was the best base for enjoying a nice little area.

What I received was far from the fine experience one would expect. The room was tired, and breakfast was a mere shadow of what it should have been. I had hoped for a fine upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture but clearly, that was too much to ask. Almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The uphill walk to the bus stop can be a bit taxing, particularly if you have children in tow.

The staff here were super helpful, got us dinner on the terrace even though it was busy. Kids loved swimming in the lake while we relaxed with wine. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Only wish the coffee was stronger! Restaurant was nice too, perfect for winding down after a long drive.
